My guess is it's mostly an older crowd and they don't mind iceberg lettuce and old stale decor but you might want to do something about it as the younger crowd will someday replace the older ones.but they won't settle for this type of situation. With all this said it is ALWAYS packed on Friday and Saturday nights, at least whenever we go, so they must be doing something right. The waitresses are usually friendly and efficient. The place looks like nothing has changed since the 70's & 80's, decor is old and dark and the tables barely have elbow room to eat. be upgraded, it is just a small plate of iceberg lettuce with 1 baby carrot and 1 slice of cucumber and a couple shreds of could be so much better with just a little effort. Most of the food is really good, steaks are cooked right and the shrimp is good as are the hashbrowns. The Flame has been around since God created light, it has always been a good place to eat a steak.
